We have helped runners qualify for Boston Marathon, run a sub 16 min 5k, and helped runners who had given up on running due to injury get back to running 6 days a week injury free. We want to help you.

Package 1: $75

  • 1 Meeting/Run with client for the month
  • Video analysis of your stride and form
  • Run through of Proper Form Running class 1&2
  • Weekly contact with coach via email or phone
  • bi-weekly updated schedule
  • Specific drills planned into your schedule to help with good form
  • You may ask us to run extra but it will cost more

package 2: $140

  • 4 Meetings/Runs with client for the month
  • Video analysis of your stride and form
  • Run through of Proper Form Running class 1&2
  • Weekly contact with coach via email or phone
  • Weekly updated schedule
  • Specific drills planned into your schedule to help with good form

Package 3: $240

  • Package 2 with weight training and a total of 6 meetings a month with your coach.
